Mediation Community

Description

Family Conflict Resolution/ Mediation Service Family Relationships can get strained at times, and if this is starting to get you down we may be able to help. We offer a free conflict resolution service that can help you and your family to find ways to get along better. Work takes place with each person separately and then when people are ready they will meet together to talk through what is going wrong at home and what you would like to change. Key’s Mediator/ Family Therapist won’t judge or take sides. They are there to ensure that everyone gets a chance to have their say and to listen to each other’s point of view. Due to COVID 19 most of this work is currently being under taken over the phone or by using video conferencing (available in South Ribble and Chorley). This is not a legal mediation service for divorcing couples. Times below are flexible dependent on the client’s situation and needs. Referral timescales: This depends on capacity but there will be contact within 2 weeks to do an initial assessment.
