Following guidance from Government, we have suspended all our face to face services.
However, we are still taking referrals and will contact clients to offer help and advice by telephone. Please can you make sure anyone you refer to us is aware we will only be able to offer telephone or digital assistance at this time.

Quite simply, we're here to help the people of Lancashire with the problems they face. Our advice is free, confidential, impartial and independent. We operate from Five locations across Lancashire: Chorley, Leyland (South Ribble), Fleetwood (Wyre) and Skelmersdale(West Lancashire) & Blackburn&Darwin. We provide advice in person at our offices, via our telephone helpline or by email. We also have a number of Digital Help Centres across Lancashire to assist with Digital access and IT skills training If you have a problem you need help with there are several options available to you: Look through the advice sections detailed below or visit our main AdviceGuide site. Telephone our Gateway Service on: 0344 245 1294 (Monday to Friday 9am to 5pm) (local rate number). Call in to your local bureau. Select your most convenient location from our Area Map for details of our opening times and office addresses. If it’s more convenient, we now offer advice by email.
