Citizens Advice - Energy Advice

Energy Advice

Following guidance from Government, we have suspended all our face to face services.    However, we are still taking referrals and will contact clients to offer help and advice by telephone.  Please can you make sure anyone you refer to us is aware we will only be able to offer telephone or digital assistance at this time.   Anyone wishing to contact us by signposting should either leave a message on our Adviceline 0344 245 1924 or visit our website www.citizensadvicelancashirewest.org.uk for information and accessing our Advice By Email in the More from Us menu. Citizens Advice has been delivering tailored one-to-one energy advice through the Energy Advice Programme since 2012. The Energy Advice Programme provides advice appointments to vulnerable consumers who are struggling to pay their bills, require better deals on energy, need guidance on the most appropriate payment methods or information on how to access help from energy suppliers and the Government.
