Description
At Progress Lifeline, we provide a range of telecare sensors that can be installed in homes to protect those who live alone or are vulnerable in any way. Our products are designed to sense danger in the home or vulnerability to falls and identify the need for assistance. These sensors are all linked to our 24/7 Alarm Receiving Centre where our extremely friendly and helpful team will check you are safe and call the appropriate help if needed.
We also provide an Emergency Response Service. The emergency responders are available 24 hours a day, 365 days a year to visit you if you are in need, or if we cannot confirm you are safe following an activation. Our responders will get to you within 60 minutes, although our average is normally 35 minutes.
Progress Lifeline can also monitor people outside of the home with our GPS device which can be worn as a pendant or a key-fob. The GPS device, named The Footprint can provide extra reassurance inside and outside the home or if a person does not have a telephone line they can use this for connection to our Alarm Receiving Centre.

Alarm Receiving Centre is open 24 hours a day, every day of the year.
